We just want to say a massive thank you to Pentelei and Marelli for pushing things forward swiftly and keeping in constant communication - nothing was too much hassle and truly went above and beyond to ensure this dress fitted perfectly - allowing room for adjustment and growth over the coming weeks/months.
We initially visited a seamstress who seemed to have 'overmeasured' by approx 8cm, which was flagged by Pentelei, Marelli then raised the concern with us and organised a video call to double check and confirm sizing - Pentelei was correct, it was too big. Fortunately this was raised early on, rectified quickly and added no delays.
The timezone differences between us in the UK and Marelli in the US, was not an issue. We often had responses regardless of it being a weekend or not - which we were super thankful for considering we ordered on quite short notice.
A couple of weeks go by and we are informed that the dress is ready for shipment, having received photographs it looked tiny, but we all know pictures don't do things justice at the best of times and it was super difficult to imagine it on our daughter, because of how deceivingly small the images made it look - I raised my concern with Marelli who confirmed the sizings and got more photographs from Pentelei in the meantime we double, triple, quadruple checked our side and all seemed to marry up but the initial thought of it being too small knocked me sick, hubby to be was adament it was fine (you know, Mr Always Right). I just wanted the perfect dress for our little girl. Long story short, I worried for nothing it was perfect!!
Again, just wanted to iterate our massive thank you. Communication and customer service was amazing.
We aren't normally the type to leave reviews, but it would be rude not too for the all the support we have received. I really hope this review helps anyone who is on the fence about ordering, to just go for it.
